To access support through the Retail Orbit Knowledge Base and help center, follow these steps:

  1. Log into Retail Orbit at retailorbit.com.
  2. Select your account from the dropdown menu at the top of the screen.
  3. In the purple navigation bar, select "Need Help" and then click on "24/7 Help Center."

Once in the Help Center, you can:

  • Search the Knowledge Base: Browse through helpful articles, guides, and FAQs to resolve common issues on your own.
  • Explore the Community: Ask questions and interact with other users for additional insights or solutions.
