Shuttle Install: Lightspeed R Series – A Step-by-Step Setup Guide

Once your Retail ORBIT class structure is finalized and your account is set up, please provide the following details on your Zendesk Support ticket to proceed with the integration:

 

1. Authorize Data Shuttle in Retail ORBIT

  • Log into Retail ORBIT and navigate to the Profile Page.
  • Click on "Authorize Shuttle" to grant permission for data access.
  • Confirm once this step is complete with Management One on your Zendesk Support to initiate your Lightspeed to M1 data mapping.

2. Data Mapping & Historical Data Retrieval

  • Management One Support will provide the necessary mapping.
    • Complete your Lightspeed to M1 data mapping and attach to your Zendesk Support ticket
  • Support will pull your historical data for the last 24 months.
