Once your Retail ORBIT class structure is finalized and your account is set up, please provide the following details on your Zendesk Support ticket to proceed with the integration:
1. Authorize Data Shuttle in Retail ORBIT
- Log into Retail ORBIT and navigate to the Profile Page.
- Click on "Authorize Shuttle" to grant permission for data access.
- Confirm once this step is complete with Management One on your Zendesk Support to initiate your Lightspeed to M1 data mapping.
2. Data Mapping & Historical Data Retrieval
- Management One Support will provide the necessary mapping.
- Complete your Lightspeed to M1 data mapping and attach to your Zendesk Support ticket
- Support will pull your historical data for the last 24 months.
