Shuttle Install: RunIt – A Step-by-Step Setup Guide

Once your Retail ORBIT class structure is finalized and your account is set up, please provide the following details on your Zendesk Support ticket to proceed with the integration:

1. Inform Runit of Data Integration Request

  • The retailer should contact Runit and request the M1 Export tool.

2. Install the "M1 Export Tool" 

  • Runit will install the M1 Export Tool on the client’s system.
  • Once installed, please inform Management One Support. If the client uses a custom calendar, please include this information as well. Support may need a sample calendar to assist with the integration.

3. Complete Integration with Runit

  • Support will contact Runit to finalize the integration setup.

4. Perform Data Mapping in "M1 Export Tool"

  • The M1 Export Tool contains two sections for mapping:
    Location Mapping
    Department Mapping

5. Historical Data Retrieval

  • Once mapping is complete, Support will pull 24 months of historical data for planning and analysis.
