Retail Orbit Report Update Schedule

Retail Orbit reports are updated five minutes after the top of every hour, as long as the data upload is completed by the 45-minute mark of the previous hour.

For example:

• If data is uploaded before 7:45 AM, the report will be updated at 8:05 AM.
• If data is uploaded after 7:45 AM, the next update will occur at 9:05 AM.

Users can verify if their data is "Up to Date" by navigating to the Data Tab in Retail Orbit, selecting the data file, and checking the update message.
