Missing Forecast Data in Reports

This error typically occurs when your plans have not been released by the planning department.

 

For clients who manually enter data and do not submit month-to-date data by the 15th of the month, the plans will generally become available 24-48 hours after the data has been submitted to Retail Orbit.
