Submit a Support Request

To ensure we can assist you as quickly and efficiently as possible, please follow these steps to submit a support ticket:

  1. Log into RetailOrbit.com.
  2. Select your account from the dropdown menu at the top of the screen.
  3. From the purple navigation bar on the left, click on "Need Help?".
  4. Then, select "Submit a Ticket".
