Shuttle Install for Celerant/Cumulus- A Step-by-Step Setup Guide

To complete the Shuttle installation and ensure the data is sent to Management One from Celerant or Cumulus, follow these steps:

  1. Contact Celerant Sales Rep:
    The client needs to reach out to their Celerant Sales Rep and inform them that they would like to have their data sent to Management One.

  2. Provide Required Information:
    Celerant will require the following details:

    • Client Code
    • Retail Orbit Authorization Key (This key can be provided by M1 Support)
  3. Initial Data File:
    Once Celerant receives the required information, they will send an initial data file to Management One.

  4. Mapping:
    After receiving the initial data file, Management One will provide the necessary mapping for the data.

  5. Support Appointment for History Pull:
    Schedule a support appointment for the history pull via the following link:
    https://retailorbit.setmore.com/

This process will ensure that the integration between Celerant/Cumulus and Retail Orbit is complete and ready for data synchronization.
