Seasonal Location Policy
A seasonal location is defined as seasonal if it is closed a minimum of four consecutive months. For seasonal locations, plans are processed after the first month of data is reported. Planning continues through the final month the store is open, concluding on the following month. This wrap-up allows discussion on the metrics and outcome of the season, as well as how to handle any leftover merchandise. If for example, a location is open April through September, a plan will be generated for May and the following months, continuing through October.
An retail expert can request a plan at any time when the location is closed, and the retail expert will be invoiced for that plan at their normal monthly rate. Seasonal location plans are billed in the same manner as non-seasonal ones and invoices are due based on current M1 policy.
