How to View and Track Support Tickets

  1. Log into Retail Orbit
    Start by logging into your Retail Orbit account.

  2. Select a Client
    Once logged in, choose a client from the dropdown menu at the top of the Retail Orbit interface.

  3. Access Help Center
    On the left side, click on "Need Help?" followed by "24/7 Help Center" in the purple navigation bar. This will take you to the Retail Orbit Knowledge Base.

  4.  Profile and Activities
In the top-right corner of the Knowledge Base, select your profile and then click on "My Activities".

  5.  Manage Your Tickets
  In "My Activities," you can toggle between:

    • Tickets you have created
    • Tickets created on your behalf

    • You can also see the Ticket Subject, Ticket Number, Created Date, Last Activity and Status
