While we already review your class plans each month, we've added an additional layer of support through our Plan Review Process—a more in-depth evaluation designed to ensure your merchandise plans are in lockstep with your current business goals and evolving needs.
These reviews are led by our Planning Department and are meant to open an ongoing dialogue around how your plans can better serve your financial objectives.

The purpose of our plan reviews is to:

📋 Types of Plan Reviews
We perform three main types of plan reviews:
1. New Client Reviews

Occur automatically after the first 3 full months of planning (during the 4th month)

Designed to validate the plan structure and identify early opportunities or needed adjustments
2. Annual Reviews
-
Conducted once a year, close to your onboarding anniversary
-
A comprehensive review to ensure your long-term goals are still being supported
3. Ticket-Requested Reviews
Initiated by you, the client, through our support channel—perfect for when there’s a shift in your business, such as:

Updated financial goals

Location changes or store remodels
-
Category reallocation or strategy shifts
-
External impacts (e.g. natural disasters, construction)

Special events or buy opportunities
-
Market preparation and growth strategy planning
🔍 What’s Included in a Plan Review?
Each review will include:

Annual Rate and Model Review
-
Class Unlocking/Locking Discussion
-
Review of Markdowns, Turns, and IMUs
-
Adjustment of Alternate IMU Settings (if needed)
🔧 Plan Adjustments may be applied:

Current Month if review is completed within the first 10 days of the month
-
Following Month if the review occurs after the 15th and a month-to-date data file is available

Before making changes, our planners will research:

Your website (if applicable)

Your social media presence

Recent or open support tickets

Client notes and any historical requests or feedback

🔹 New Client Review

Patterns emerge that warrant a deeper look

Class locking/unlocking needs to be discussed

🔹 Annual Review

Initiated via a dedicated support ticket

You’ll be asked to provide:

Updated financial goals

Input on data inconsistencies or missing data

Clarification on individual classes
-
Details on any upcoming events that may affect your plan

Once the review is complete, you’ll receive:

A summary of findings
-
Any major plan updates and the reasoning behind them
-
A request to review and approve the updated plan

Initiated by a support request from you

Planner will complete requested changes
-
You’ll be notified of major updates or if clarification is needed

You’ll be informed once your review is complete and the plan is ready
