✅ Step-by-Step: Deleting a Location
1. Create a Support Ticket
All deletion requests must be submitted through our support center:

In your request, please include:

The Retail Orbit location code

The location name you would like to delete
⚠️ Important Note About Location Deletion
When a location is deleted:

All associated historical data for that location will be permanently removed from Retail Orbit.
If you want to retain access to past data for reporting or planning purposes, we recommend changing the location status to "HISTORY" instead of deleting it.
