1. Set Up the New Location in Your POS System
Before we can begin importing data, your new location must be fully set up in your point of sale (POS) system.
2. Create a Support Ticket
Submit your request via our Support Center:

In your ticket, please include the following details:

Retail Orbit location code (if known) and location name

Full address (including city and state)

Whether existing classes should be added to this new location

Opening date of the new store
-
Projected 12-month sales volume for the location

There is a fee for adding new locations to your Retail Orbit account.
Our support team will confirm the cost before any work begins so you know exactly what to expect.

After you submit your request:
