How to Create Custom Tailored Reports in Report Library

Tailor your reports to show exactly what you need—quickly and easily.
Each Retail Orbit user has the ability to customize reports using Custom Filters. Whether you want to isolate data by location, class, date range, or more—this feature makes it simple.
✅ How to Create a Custom Filter Set
Follow these steps:
Log into your Retail Orbit account.
Navigate to the Report Library.
Click on "Create a New Filter Set".
🛠 This will open a customization screen where you can define exactly what data you want to include.
🔍 Customize with Filter Options
Fill out the necessary criteria for your custom report.
Report Name
Report Type (e.g., POD, Merchandise Plan, etc.)
Report Period (start/end dates)
Location selections
Class or Category selections
Once you're satisfied with your selections, click "Save."
You’ll return to the main Report Library under the tab for Custom Reports
📄 Viewing and Exporting Your Custom Report
Your newly created filter set can be used in two ways:
View Report: View and interact with the report online.
Download: Generate (circle icon) and click on the download (arrow icon) for a PDF version of the report for printing or sharing.
