Optimize Retail Orbit performance on your iPad

To ensure the best possible experience with Retail Orbit on your iPad, we recommend using Google Chrome and adjusting a few key settings. These changes allow full dashboard functionality, including saved views, data exports, and other advanced features.


✅ Step 1: Download & Use Google Chrome

Google Chrome is the preferred browser for full compatibility.

To install Chrome:

  1. Open the App Store.

  2. Search for Google Chrome.

  3. Tap Download and install the app.

  4. Once installed, open Chrome and log into Retail Orbit.


✅ Step 2: Enable Cross-Website Tracking (Required for Login & Session Features)

Some Retail Orbit features rely on tracking across websites to keep you logged in and store custom views. You’ll need to enable this in your iPad's system settings.

To enable cross-website tracking:

  1. Open the Settings app on your iPad.

  2. Scroll down and tap Chrome (or Safari, if you're using that browser).

  3. Find the setting labeled “Allow Cross-Website Tracking”.

  4. Make sure the toggle is ON (green).

🔒 Note: Enabling this setting does not compromise your privacy—it simply allows Retail Orbit to load embedded content properly and retain session data.
