Change Upload Schedule (Celerant)

If you need to modify the time when Celerant uploads inventory data to Management One, follow the steps below.


1. Log in to Celerant Back Office

Start by logging into your Celerant Back Office account using your admin credentials.


2. Navigate to the Admin Menu

From the main dashboard, click on Admin in the main navigation menu.


3. Select “Scheduled Task”

Within the Admin section, choose Scheduled Task to view and manage automated system processes.


4. Locate the Management One Upload Task

Find the scheduled task named:

Send Daily Inventory Data to Management One Service

This is the task responsible for uploading your inventory data.


5. Edit the Task

Click the Edit (Pencil) Icon next to the task to open the configuration screen.

6. Adjust the Time Schedule

You will see the schedule formatted in CRON syntax.

⚠️ Typically, you only need to adjust the second digit, which controls the minutes.

Make your desired adjustments to the timing.


7. Save Your Changes

Click Save to apply the new timing.


🔁 Important Note:

The next upload will still occur at the previously scheduled time. Your updated schedule will take effect starting with the following upload.
