Your RetailORBIT Dashboard just got a refresh. This article walks through every card and panel you'll see when you land on the page, and what each one is telling you.
Monthly Recap
The band at the top of your Dashboard shows the exact date range for the current period (for example, "June 17 – July 17").
- Two toggles control what you're looking at: MTD / Last Month switches the time window, and vs Plan / vs Last Year changes what every KPI card below is compared against.
- Use All Locations to narrow the view to a single store, and Filters to adjust what's included.
- The Sales card also carries a Trend figure for month-to-date.
KPI Cards
Four cards give you an at-a-glance read on the metrics that matter most: Sales Trending, Inventory, Inflow, and Markdowns.
- Each card shows the current dollar value, the plan or last-year figure it's measured against, the dollar variance, and the percent of plan/LY achieved with a progress bar.
Sales Trending
A line graph comparing Actual, Plan, and Last Year, switchable between YTD, 6 Months, and 12 Months.
- Above the chart, a detail strip breaks out Sales Plan, Trailing Actual, Variance to Plan, Last Year, Variance to LY, and the exact period.
Performance Gauge
Your Health Score out of 100, plotted on a Poor-to-Excellent dial with a plain-language status flag, such as "On track."
- Below the dial, you'll see how much your score has moved since last month.
