There are two ways to use the Buyer Performance Report:

1. To show how each class generated cash margin relative to the plan potential.
2. How the buyer performed relative to the Plan

The Buyer Performance report can clearly illustrate classes that are performing to Plan and generating cash margin, and also show if the sales or inflow are causing the variances. And a good way to demonstrate to owners, managers, and buyers the impact of not buying the Plan.
